Products

All products displayed on giyah.store are subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and information are accurate, actual products may vary slightly in appearance, packaging, colour, or labelling from the images shown on the website.

Product images are provided for illustration purposes only and should not be considered an exact representation of the product received.

Giyah reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Pricing

All prices displayed on giyah.store are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to update or change prices at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed. Any applicable delivery charges, if charged separately, will be displayed during checkout before your order is completed.

Orders and Payment

We currently accept payment through approved payment methods made available on our website, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and any online payment methods displayed during checkout.

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that your order has been accepted. An order is considered confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation message, email, or phone call from Giyah.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact customers by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to verify order details before dispatch. Giyah reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock availability issues, or verification concerns.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are generally in 3-7 business days. 

Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, political disruptions, natural events, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order. Giyah will not be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect addresses or incomplete contact details.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is offered as a convenience for our customers. Customers are expected to accept and pay for orders that they have confirmed and that have been successfully dispatched.

If a customer repeatedly refuses delivery without a valid reason after an order has been dispatched, Giyah reserves the right to restrict or refuse future Cash on Delivery orders from that customer.

Valid reasons may include receiving the wrong product, receiving a damaged product, or other genuine fulfilment-related issues. We encourage customers to contact us immediately if there is any problem with an order so that we can resolve the issue fairly.

Intellectual Property

All content available on giyah.store, including but not limited to product images, graphics, logos, text, website design, branding, product descriptions, and other materials, is the property of Giyah unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Giyah. Unauthorised use of our content may result in legal action where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Our products are intended for personal care use only and should be used according to any instructions provided. Individual results may vary depending on factors such as skin type, hair type, allergies, sensitivities, and personal usage habits.

Customers are responsible for performing a patch test before using any product, especially if they have sensitive skin, allergies, or a history of adverse reactions to cosmetic or personal care products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giyah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms, the website, or purchases made through the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
