We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within [1-3 business days] after they are placed. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an update with your shipment details.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or SMS to confirm your order before dispatch. This helps us ensure accurate delivery details and avoid unnecessary shipping delays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, and local conditions.

Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier companies to deliver orders across Pakistan. Depending on your location, your order may be shipped through:

  • Leopards Courier
  • M&P Express
  • Other Courier Partners

The courier service used for your order is selected based on your delivery location and the service that can provide the most reliable delivery experience.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to our current shipping policy and will be displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.

Standard shipping fee: Rs. 250

Any promotions offering free shipping may be subject to change without prior notice.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide on eligible orders. Customers can pay the courier in cash at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow your shipment's progress.

Tracking information may be shared through:

You can use the tracking number on the courier's website to view the latest delivery updates.

Delivery Delays and Exceptions

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier service. While Giyah cannot guarantee courier performance, we will do our best to assist customers by following up with the courier whenever possible.
