Our Commitment

While we go to great lengths to secure, package and ship our products, we realize that problems can arise sometimes. Should there be any problems with the order, we will make every effort to correct it fairly and promptly. 

Return Eligibility

Products will be returned if they have had the following problems:

  • Products that can be returned to the store

  • Unopened and unused products returned within 3-7 days of delivery

  • Damaged, leaking, or faulty products

  • Samples of products where the wrong product was delivered

  • Products that can be returned to us by our customer support team

  • Goods which cannot be returned

  • Opened or used products unless defect or damage when arrived

  • Items that are returned after the return window closes are not eligible for a refund

  • Items returned outside of the return window are not eligible for a refund

  • Packaged items that have been separated from their original container

  • Items packaged that are no longer in their package

  • A product that has been modified, tampered with, or stored after delivery

Replacement Eligibility

There are replacements available when:

  • The product was damaged or leaking

  • Delivering the incorrect item

  • The product received is quite different from that described on the site

  • The product has been proven to have quality problems

Customers will need to contact us within 3-7 days of the order being placed and provide clear images or videos of the problem faced for a replacement. We will provide a replacement or refund as per our policy after reviewing and verifying the issue.

How to start a Return or Replacement

If you feel your purchase was the wrong item or was incorrect, please return it by following these steps:

Step 1

Please message us on WhatsApp at 0324 5555650 or email us at hello@giyah.store within 7 days of your order!

Step 2

Include order number and detailed photographs or videos of the problem.

Step 3

We will consider your request and get back to you within 3-7 business days. 

Step 4

If your request is granted, we will make arrangements to pick it up or give you instructions on how to return it.

Step 5

After the product has been returned and inspected, your refund/replacement will be processed within 3-7 business days.

Refund Method

Funds will be awarded by means of following methods for approved refunds.

Refunds can be processed via:

  • Bank transfer

  • JazzCash

  • Easypaisa

  • The original method of online payment

  • Temporary accommodation (if available)

Normally, refunds are issued within 3-7 business days of approval. Please be aware that the processing time may differ with banks and payment providers.

Return Shipping

In the event that the return/replacement is approved because of:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item was shipped by Giyah

Then, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Any other valid reason for return may result in the customer covering return shipping costs.

COD Orders

Cash on Delivery orders are covered by the same Cash on Delivery returns and replacements policy as prepaid orders. By selecting Cash on Delivery, you will not lose your right to an approved return, approved replacement or approved refund as per the above terms and conditions.
